What we do

Airglow is working on making AI more accessible to everyday people. It’s not enough to create a technology — it must also be distributed and adapted for the real world. People face a bunch of problems when using computers, and we wish to help them.

Why we do it

Talented people should work on important and innovative projects, so that their talents can be seen and appreciated, and their work can drive progress further. Progress is the compound effect of talents building on top of, and together with, other talents.

People rarely get the opportunity to live a comfortable life and work on important problems at the same time. As a consequence, exceptional talents decide to work in consulting or trading, and important work is done by money-hungry people with misaligned incentives, or worse — people uninterested in their jobs. As a result, we get the TikTok algorithm, the AWS UI, and Microsoft Teams, and millions of people are forced to use bad or harmful products.

Bad products survive because of network effects, and the only conventional way to eliminate bad products is to create great alternatives.1

With Airglow, we wish to create an opportunity to work on meaningful projects that reach a wide audience, and to do it alongside an exceptionally talented team.
